• The admission shall be provided on first come first serve and merit basis.
• Seats are limited for each course.
• The Institute follows the semester system, there are two semester in one academic year.
• Admission Froms attatched with the prospectus, should be duly filled and submitted in the office along with other documents to get themselves registered.
• Students can pursue two courses simultaneously if she desires.
• Admission for each semester will be confirmed only on payment of the required fees.
• Fee once paid is not refundable in any ease.

Evaluation System

• There shall be formal examinations.
• A student is free to pursue a course up to the level she desires.
• Awards would be given as following:
  Diploma shall be awarded only on completion only on completion of course. Certificate will be awarded for short term courses. All the assessments done during semester would be added together for award of grades at the close of a semester.
• Grades would be awarded according to the following criteria
  90% to above – distinction
  71% to 89% – Grade A
  61% to 70% – Grade B
  50% to 60% – Grade C
• Any student securing less than required percentage of marks in any subject will have to re-appear for awards of diploma. Result of each semester would be displayed on the notice board.

• The decision of the management regarding results is final and no-request for re- evaluation will be entertained.
• Fee structure varies according to the course and can be paid in installment plan as given during admission
• A fine of Rs. 10/ will be charged per day for late fees.
• Fees should be paid till the 10th of every month.

Rules & Regulations

• Classes would be held rom Monday to Saturday.
• Batch timing should be followed strictly.
• A student is required to have 75% attendance in each semester to become eligible to be assessed at the end of a semester.
• A Student desirous of leaving the insitute easier than the scheduled times should inform the faculty incharge.
• No visiters will be allowed to meet the student during classes or its Hostel except for the guardians.
• Leave applications haveto be submitted for any leave taken. All applications have to be signed by the class teacher and then by the Director.
